The smoothest, most hassle-free car purchase I have ever made. Car is in great condition and the price was the lowest in town. Love the fact that there is a 12mo/12k mile warranty for peace of mind. I do not recommend using Hertz. Unfortunately, I have to due to State Farm. Please use Enterprise. The customer service here stinks and they don't care about how you feel. They don't greet you.

First, they refused to appraise my car and refused to work with me. Second they say they do wholesale for wholesale but I have inside knowledge and they really sell at 3-4K over wholesale, but want to give you wholesale for your vehicle. All this from the manager actually. They were trying to rip me off just like some other dealers. Stay away, you're better off going to off lease only. Also they hid the fact that their warranty is no good. The mfg warranty covers drivetrain so theirs doesn't get used. Their 12k/1 yr does nothing. Plus the cars I looked at had all sorts of stains on the inside; who know what they were. Just stay away.
So happy with our car! We got an amazing deal and Jovie was so helpful! He never pressured us into buying, he just made sure we knew everything (warranty, car fax, etc.) and even encouraged us to go to our credit union. Even when he wasn't there the day we actually bought the car, he made sure we were taken care of. Everyone is very pleasant and the car is fantastic. Will never buy anywhere else.
