Worst customer service ever, the owner is a great guy but all of the employees should be working in fast food. I spent a month calling to get a simple phone number from them, they never got it to me. I finally took it upon my self to get the owners phone number, he had it done in 2 mins. Avoid Mark at all cost by the end of our deals he made threats to me, extremely poor customer service from all of the employees.
Not recommended. Bought a used car from them in September. Owner told me, and I have in writing, that they would take care of the intermittent brake warning light that was coming on. I was to get a call the following Monday from Mark. No call. Called the following Friday and was told Mark would call me back. Nope. After about 4 more calls, each time talking to someone different, is obvious to me that they have no intention of following through on their word. There was always some excuse and I needed to call back - “this isn’t a good time”. They should have scheduled the repair and called me. Period. By the way, they charged a $498 service fee and a $187.75 E filing fee. No other line items except for tag, title, and tax.
AWESOME service, great deals, knowledgeable and helpful staff!! Spent weeks trying to find the perfect truck, and luckily got a hold of Troy at After Lease, who got us hooked on an F250. Troy was very helpful, and Ron Johnson worked with us and gave us a great deal. They even helped us find the perfect extended warranty plan! We will definitely buy here again!
WOW. Incredible service! Efficient, helpful, personable. They have a great variety of used cars in great condition. Troy (salesman) and Ron (business manager) gave me the best deal to get me my dream car. Highly recommend!!!
