Extremely competent, professional and courteous, the best place to take your bike for repair. Also one of the few shops in the area that is competent with electric bikes.

What a lousy experience; I dropped my bicycle off on 5/23 for tune up and repairs and the person behind the counter (I don't recall his name) said it would be done by the next day. I returned two days later to get the bike, but nothing had been done. I was going out of town after that, so I returned on 6/6 and picked up the bike. I could not take if for a test ride because of the heavy rain, so I paid for the repairs and loaded it in the car. That evening, in between rain storms, I took it out for a quick test ride and again nothing had been fixed!! What kind of sham is this? I will take it back one last time because I already paid for repairs, but that is it. Not going back.

These guys are great!!! So knowledgeable, and friendly! After finding this bike shop I won't go anywhere else! I bought an Electra and they had the best selection around.

I could write a novel, but the short story is "stay away". I purchased a 4k Giant ebike which ultimately was replaced by the manufacturer due to defects in the motor. Understand I had to stand on my head to get attention from them to involve the factory rep. Back and forth at least 6 times and problem substantiated by their mechanics every time. When I purchased the bike the seat post was cracked and when I pointed this out it was swapped out. On this new bike, I assume they torqued it according to spec as it's carbon fiber, but again this cracked at or before136 miles as registered on the odometer. Called and asked them to order, 2 weeks later I called to inquire about the part and yes it's in but whomever didn't call me. Drive 25 miles to the store to be told that this is not under warranty and I have to pay for it. They replaced the one on the original bike as that one was cracked upon purchase. Bicycle World's position is that they replaced it once. Are you kidding me, a few days on the road and the seat post splits and it's on me? I have been riding for years and I know the difference between normal wear and tear and manufacturer material failure. I've been in and out of shops for years, mostly with Specialized products and clearly this shop functions below big box stores. I bought an ebike due to health reasons, and I can unequivocally state that doing business with this company is not good for your health.

FOLLOW UP - I returned on 6/10 to pick up the bike; the manager had personally repaired and tuned the bike. It works great now and he was very polite and apologetic for the delays. He charged only for the parts due to the inconvenience. So, let me say that I am satisfied with the final outcome. I sincerely hope they resolve whatever caused the problem that resulted in them not fixing the bike in the first place. I have been a customer there off-and-on for years and will continue. Thanks
