Just called and asked if they had a moment to answer a couple of questions. To my surprise she said, "no we don't, we are really busy." Thought she was kidding and wait for her to choose a different response. There was silence followed by " can you call back on Tuesday" (I was calling in a Friday) . What ever happened to putting someone on hold or jotting down their number and offering to call back? Will not be bringing my business there.

Fantastic customer service! Went into Eloquence for a simple earring back and the staff went above and beyond to straighten my diamond earring post and educate me on the difference in platinum, gold and silver backs. They were kind and extremely honest for a jewelry store! They even told me what was MOST cost effective! Didn't try to jack me up! The associate, "Angie" with the beautiful hair was extremely professional and kind! The best I've ever been treated in any Jewelry store!
