I wouldn't go anywhere else! I TRUST FRED!
I just saw this nasty review for this store and it is completely false! I don't know what the problem with this person is but, I've been doing business with Fred for over a year and I never saw and bugs in the store, he never forgot to put any parts back on any of my vacuums! he is honest as the day is long and he is fair priced! I would recommend him to my mother! there are always some people who you can't please, but Fred does his best to please everyone! don't pay attention to that nasty person, look at all good things people have to say about Fred and The Vacuum Store!!!
Fantastic FRED : the shop is small, very crowed with vacuums and repair parts Fred knows vacuums = is honest, fair and probably under charges for his knowledge and skill. I had a machine overhauled 3 years ago still working like new. Lost a wheel, walked in showed him the wheel he new the model went to the back and brought up a used wheel and axle and didn't want to change me even thought it turns out he didn't even remember the overhaul and that I was a old customer. Fantastic Fred knows vacuums. FYI have never seen a bug/insect in his shop. AT 69 years old I know people and Fred is component honest smart and a little quirky. You won't find better.
I aways have a great experience at the vacuum store any time I've needed anything Fred's been able to provide me the assistance that I've needed and gets me back out on the road I highly recommend him! I live out in the Royal Palm Beach area and I travel the extra distance to get the service that he provides couldn't give a higher recommendation for all you vacuum needs!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I purchased 3 vacuums from him and whenever there is trouble he will show me what's wrong and explain to me why it happened. He stands behind his products and he is fair.
Highly knowledgeable, quick, effective, great communicator, and honest. I drove from over and hour a way to get my vacuum fixed and buy bags because of the great reviews and it was oh so worth it. My vacuum works great again! He also had a wide range of second hand vacuum's right in his store.
After I paid over $100 to have my vacuum serviced the most I got was my time wasted and an unusable vacuum. Fred neglected to put a part back on my vacuum and when I called to speak to him about it he told me that there was no way he forgot to put the part back on. If you've been to the store you know the place is a dump with ants and other insects all over it and the thought that he didn't even take the time to look or offer a viable solution for what I'm sure he left off was more than disappointing. I mean if I spent $100 to have him clean it, why would I call later to say a part is missing... I'm obviously not trying to get anything free from him. That price was twice as much as anyone else. Now that's $100 wasted and I've got to buy a new vacuum... but I know where I will not be buying it from. And now I'm feeling stalked and defamed because I posted a bad review.

I really have learned a lot about vacuums and in my business I need to know that, and he is easy and wonderful to work with.
