Don't buy furniture from A company that does not stand behind the product they sell. Don't buy the warranty on furniture they do everything to not comply. I bought a $359. chair the leg became loose after only 2 years.When it comes time that you need something repaired they find reasons not to do it. I would never buy anything else from Bears again. The fix would have taken them 10 minute..

We purchased quite a bit of furniture from Baer's and overall I found their quality about average for the money. The disappointment was with the special order chairs we bought and their delivery. One of the two chairs came damaged so it was returned and will be reordered. The damage was quite obvious so I'm disappointed that it wasn't found prior to delivery. Regarding the delivery itself, we were stuck at our house waiting all day! The delivery was scheduled for 10:45-1:45 and they didn't show up until after 5:00! Very frustrating.
