The flowers arrived late, many flowers were broken at the stem, the arrangement was not
I want to say if you are in need of any floral arrangements this is the place to go! Mrs.Misty is so sweet. My mother passed away 3days before Christmas and when I returned to work I went over to her shop to check out some floral arrangements(One of the hardest things I had to do). As I walked in she embraced me with open arms and gave her condolences to me. As we sat and looked at the arrangements she encouraged me and shared some of her personal experiences with me and I opened up to her as well because she made me feel so comfortable. She said a prayer with me and embraced me again before leaving. I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders. Needless to say she went above and beyond with my mother's floral arrangements! They were absolutely gorgeous! I can't thank her and her staff enough for all she did for my family and I. Loving, passionate, caring, professional, kind spirited, etc. You made the most difficult time in my life a little easier. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, The Perkins Family❤❤❤

I ordered online. Apparently neither the delivery address nor the message for the card came through. They called and left me a voicemail stating as much. I called back immediately (three times); each time I got their answering machine. On my fourth call I left a message with all of the details for the order. I had a funny feeling about this so I called them on the day of the memorial service. I was told the order never went out because they did not get a call back. Oddly, they did charge my card. A good florist would have followed up. Take your business elsewhere.
Had to give information twice b/c (Misty Florist) website did not record salutation, deceased information or time of delivery.
I informed Palms West Funeral Home. They were not concerned.

Have had the greatest service and designs for over 10 years! Misty is a true artist. If you can think of it, or have a picture, they can do it.
