This is one of the best bumper to bumper car washes in the area. They spend a tremendous effort cleaning the interior including windows. The exterior is always spotless including the wheels. Regardless if you get your car clean once a week or once every 6 months this place will always get your car that can span clean.
I went to pelican car wash today with a coupon that had no expiration date. I showed it to the guy who took my car to put it through the car wash he said cool I went in to pay to give my coupon and they would not accept it. They said they were different owners and don't accept coupons. I argued that the guy out front didn't say anything they have nothing on their desk that says they don't take coupons. Nonetheless, they refused. I had to pay 13.86. Pissed me off If I were managing I would have accepted it from the customer, explained the new policy and moved on. Now they've lost me ( I don't go there often) and my wife ( goes every other week at least).

Best car wash I've ever been to. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my car. The staff is very professional and courteous.The inside of my car was covered in dog hair and slobber. They washed, waxed, vacuumed, and scrubbed the seats. My car looks like it's ready to be sold it's so clean! I'll definitely be going back!
Got my car washed there today and it's nothing at all like Pelican used to be... my car actually came out clean!! Front end still had some nasty dead bugs on the front bumper and windshield but before I could complain a gentleman in a blue shirt went right over to make sure the employee working on my car knew about it and removed them.. he even went as far to scrap the windshield with a razor blade!! Interior is so clean I'm afraid to drink my coffee in it. Vacuuming could be a little better but what car wash gets every speck of dirt anyway!! Totally satisfied!! From the well spoken gentleman that sold me on the Platinum wash to the smiling cashier (that almost got me to buy an awesome smelling candle) to the guy in the blue shirt that was checking the quality of not only my car but all the others as well!! IMPRESSED!!! Now let's see how they do on my wife's car!! I feel bad for them!!
Wow!! Is all I can say. This car wash is the best in the area!!! The young man in the front greeted me with a smiling face! And pumped my gas for me!! Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Then I walked into the boutique and the lovely cashier who was as sweet as she could be. ( Brianne I believe was her name) ended spending even more money, on their 50% rack. My car was cleaned to perfection. Never again will I go anywhere else but pelican!
