The customer service here sucks! It seems that there's some sort of favoritism amongst the employees and familiar customers. After being directed to 3 different locations, I was told that that didn't have the size I needed. They also weren't going to drop me home! You advertise "The company that picks you up" but I was told that they weren't doing that today. While waiting for a 3rd Uber to pick me up, a regular customer walks in and is rented the same size car that I was told wasn't available!! I'd really hate to think that it's the color difference of our skin or my sexual orientation but I can't seem to see what else it could possibly be!! Very very unprofessional to say the least.
The staff was kind and courteous. Being the ones that "pick you up", they did just that and returned me to the body after my vehicle was repaired. I did encounter an unexpected issue when I found a nail in one of the tires. They simply and conveniently switched my rental car and I was on my way. I would definitely come back and use their services in the future.
Great experience with Enterprise. Good rates, prompt service, car was fine. They were very helpful and friendly. Much easier than going to the airport...but I did have the option to return it to the airport, if needed. A++
Overall the experience was very positive. I did run into some issues with the nice Bluetooth gadgets and valet button in the vehicle so maybe a little tutorial when first receiving the vehicle would be best otherwise this office has always provided good sound professionalism and courteous. I will not hesitate to rent from Enterprise or this office in the future.
The employees are always very nice. I enjoyed riding in the car that they gave me for the weekend. It was very nice.
